Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal)
Under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods.
2. How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@eliminatebloomfa.world. Please include your name, order reference, and a brief note that you wish to return the product. We will acknowledge your return request within one business day and provide return instructions.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Products must be returned unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the product has been used or the packaging has been opened, as this diminishes the resale value of the goods.
4. Return Postage
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless the item is defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds are made to the original payment method. As our standard payment method is cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be processed by bank transfer to the account details you provide.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal: products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken for hygiene reasons, where return is not suitable (this applies to opened food supplement packaging in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(e)).
7. Defective or Damaged Goods
If your Ozalyn order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eliminatebloomfa.world with a description and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
